World Golf Hospitality: Team Bonding

Project Overview:
	Client wanted a program to increase team awareness and cooperation between staff members.
	WGH designed a program to provide each staff member with recognition of their role within the client's organization
		Deluxe accommodation
		Creative and fun evening venues where all staff could mingle and interact
		Golf, spa, and other activities to promote teamwork
		Incorporated a team bonding mystery scavenger hunt which promoted communication between all departments.

World Golf's involvement in the program
	Created the itinerary and coordinated all events details from start to finish. Hotels, golf, meal/function venues, menu selection, entertainment, transportation, on-site management, staffing, gifts, customer liaison, all client documentation.

Highlights
	The Scavenger Hunt was challenging and fun, appealed to all staff members no matter their role within the organization. Brought together departments.
	Nighttime golf at the driving range with fluorescent golf balls and tee boxes.
